After Mavrck's acquisition of Later, we were challenged to rebrand under the Later name in six weeks, moving from Mavrck's corporate formality to a more refined and sophisticated image that resonated with enterprise businesses and social media professionals. The proposed rebrand aimed for a balanced mix of trustworthiness, relevance, professionalism, and a touch of fun and coolness.

This concept redefines why the company's name is Later. Brands don’t have time to wait to figure out what’s next on social, their customers are online right now, ready to buy. That’s why Later makes the future of social marketing available to you now. Because the best way to predict the future of social, is to create it today.

Embodying the essence of "Later is now" the design integrates the clock hands into a perfect "L" mirroring the first letter of the name. This subtle yet intentional visual element signifies the continuous nature of social media, operating 24/7.

The play on words — later, now, future — encapsulates our brand identity, showcasing a seamless connection between the immediacy of the present and the limitless potential of the future. In essence, our logo communicates that the power of Later is not just a promise for tomorrow; it's a reality accessible to you right now.
